These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of data, reports, dashboards and other services provided by eGaming Monitor Ltd ("eGaming Monitor", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our products or services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

eGaming Monitor endeavours to maintain the accuracy and integrity of all data provided through its platforms, reports and services. Our data is compiled from large-scale scanning and monitoring of publicly available operator and supplier information, and is updated on a regular basis.
While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of our data, we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, current or free from error at all times. We disclaim liability for any inaccuracies, omissions or errors in the data provided.
If you believe that data provided to you contains an inaccuracy, you may notify us by email at [email protected]. We will review the reported inaccuracy and, where verified, implement any necessary correction within 72 hours of confirmation.
All data, reports, dashboards, analysis and other content provided by eGaming Monitor Ltd is protected by copyright. eGaming Monitor Ltd retains full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the data and services it provides.
Data and content provided to subscribers is licensed for internal use within the subscribing organisation only. You may not publish, distribute, pass on, disseminate, sell, copy, reproduce or otherwise misuse any data, reports or content received from eGaming Monitor without our prior written consent.
Any unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution of eGaming Monitor data constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights and may result in termination of your subscription and legal action.
Access to eGaming Monitor's data products and services is provided on a subscription basis. Subscription terms, including duration, scope of access and pricing, are agreed individually between eGaming Monitor and each subscriber.
Subscription access is non-transferable and is provided to the subscribing organisation only. Account credentials must not be shared with third parties outside the subscribing organisation.
eGaming Monitor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where these terms are breached or where subscriptions are not renewed in accordance with agreed terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eGaming Monitor Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our data or services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profit, or business interruption.
Our total liability in connection with any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the twelve months prior to the claim.
eGaming Monitor reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
