Big Bass Football Bonanza leads Spain’s casino lobbies as MGA tops new-game ranking
Pragmatic Play’s football-themed title was the most widely displayed game across Spanish operator sites in June 2026, while MGA’s Victory Squadron led the ranking for games launched during the preceding three months.
The latest eGaming Monitor analysis shows a clear overall leader in Spain’s online casino lobbies, alongside a more fragmented contest among recent releases. Big Bass title establishes a commanding lead
Big Bass Football Bonanza recorded 10,403 appearances, almost 50% more than The Explosive Bandit 2 and Pirots 4, which occupied second and third place with 6,942 and 6,935 appearances respectively.
Pragmatic Play placed five titles in the overall top 20, including four of the top nine. Alongside the market leader, Sweet Bonanza 2500 ranked fifth, Gates of Olympus Super Scatter sixth, Big Bass Splash seventh and Gates of Olympus ninth.
MGA combines scale with local-market relevance
MGA supplied eight of the 20 most visible titles. El Bandido Explosivo ranked fourth, while La Mina de Oro Plus, Spicy Mariachi Megaways, Victory Squadron, Chiquito Halloween, La Mina de Oro Halloween and Waikiki Goddess also featured.
The result highlights the continued importance of localised and Spanish-themed content within the market. MGA’s strong representation was not confined to established titles: Victory Squadron was also the most visible game among releases added during the preceding three months.
Victory Squadron heads the new-release table
Victory Squadron generated 4,557 game-tile appearances after being added on 4 May 2026. It narrowly led ELK Studios’ Spark of Creation, which recorded 4,512 appearances following its 14 May launch.
The leading recent releases came from a broad range of studios. Fortune Factory Studios’ TNT Boom Banks Power Combo ranked third, followed by Hacksaw Gaming’s Rise of Fortuna and Great Game Rockies. Recent titles from Spinberry, SpinPlay Games, Gameburger Studios, Buck Stakes Entertainment and Pragmatic Play also entered the top ten.

A competitive market beneath the leading franchises
The June ranking shows two overlapping dynamics. Established franchises and suppliers continue to occupy many of the most visible positions, but operators are also giving substantial exposure to newly launched content from a wide range of studios.
For suppliers, the results underline the value of rapid distribution and prominent lobby placement. For operators, they illustrate the balance between recognisable franchises, localised content and the constant introduction of new games intended to refresh the player experience.
