Games Global leads three-month game production as supplier strategies diverge beyond slots

Published on: August 20, 2026

Games Global released the largest number of distinct games and slots in EGM’s latest rolling three-month analysis, while Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming showed substantially broader output beyond conventional slot content.

Games Global was the most prolific supplier group in egamingmonitor.com’s latest rolling three-month production analysis, with 129 distinct games first recorded during the period. Pragmatic Play followed with 117, while Evolution Gaming ranked third with 106.

The analysis is designed to identify genuine recent production rather than catalogue-loading effects. Proprietary games, titles with an unknown supplier and newly added studios whose back-catalogues were only recently incorporated into egamingmonitor’s research have been excluded from the revised rankings.

Games Global leads a concentrated top three

Games Global produced 129 distinct games during the rolling three-month window, placing it 12 titles ahead of Pragmatic Play and 23 ahead of Evolution Gaming. Together, the leading three supplier groups accounted for 352 newly recorded games.

There was then a substantial drop to Playtech in fourth place with 65 games. Inbet Games followed closely on 63, ahead of EGT on 57 and XIN Gaming on 55. Fazi, Merkur Group and BetConstruct completed the revised top ten.

Evolution and Pragmatic Play show the broadest non-slot output

The difference between the all-games and slots rankings reveals contrasting supplier strategies. Evolution Gaming produced 106 games overall but only 28 slots, implying that most of its recent output came from live casino, table-game or other non-slot formats.

Pragmatic Play recorded 117 games overall and 60 slots. Its 57-game difference was also substantial, reflecting a wider portfolio that extends beyond its slot catalogue. Playtech showed a similar, although smaller, spread, with 65 games overall and 32 slots.

By comparison, Inbet Games’ 63-game total consisted entirely of slots in the supplied data, while XIN Gaming’s 55 overall games were also all classified as slots.

Games Global also dominates slot production

Games Global retained a commanding lead when the analysis was restricted to slots, with 114 distinct releases. That was 51 more than second-ranked Inbet Games and 54 more than Pragmatic Play.

EGT ranked fourth with 51 slots, while Fazi and Merkur Group followed on 37 and 36. Spinomenal placed seventh with 34 releases, and Light & Wonder, Novomatic and Playtech each recorded 32.

The slot ranking is more specialised than the all-games table

Several suppliers moved sharply between the two rankings. Inbet Games rose from fifth across all game types to second for slots, demonstrating an almost entirely slot-focused production strategy.

Spinomenal, Light & Wonder and Novomatic entered the slot top ten despite sitting outside the all-games top ten. Conversely, Evolution Gaming, XIN Gaming and BetConstruct featured in the overall ranking but not the revised top ten for slots.

BetConstruct is a particularly clear example: it recorded 34 games overall but only 10 slots, indicating that much of its recent output fell into other product categories.

A production measure, not a measure of distribution or success

The ranking measures the number of distinct games first recorded by EGM during a rolling three-month window. It indicates the pace and breadth of supplier production, rather than the number of operator integrations, game-tile visibility, player activity, revenue or commercial success.

A supplier can rank highly by releasing many games without those titles necessarily receiving broad distribution. Conversely, a supplier producing fewer titles may achieve stronger placement or player engagement. The production ranking is therefore most useful when considered alongside EGM’s separate data on operator-site presence, game visibility and market distribution.

Methodology removes the largest sources of distortion

Three exclusions are central to the analysis. Proprietary operator games are removed because they are not comparable with third-party studio output. Unknown suppliers are excluded because their production cannot be attributed reliably.

The revised ranking also removes recently added studios whose older catalogues were entered into the EGM database during the period. Without this adjustment, the addition of a new supplier and its existing back catalogue could be mistaken for genuine production during the latest three months.

Rankings count distinct games found on operator sites during the last rolling three month window and produced during the last three months. Proprietary games, unknown suppliers and recently added studios whose catalogue-loading would distort the period are excluded from the revised rankings. Separate rankings are shown for all game types and for slots. Egamingmonitor.com tracks over 90,000 games from 1,000 studios across more than 80,000 pages of 5,000 operator sites globally.
